What a fabulous set of results our year 13s have achieved this year! Congratulations to you all! These outcomes are a result of the real determination, resilience and hard work that has been invested in such a challenging year. Year 13, you have been incredible, we are very proud of you all!

Again, I would like to express my thanks to all the students, staff and parents for their tireless support and dedication in gaining these results. Through working together our students have achieved the very best. Thank you.

We are proud of all of our students but these students did particularly well:

Jonathan has been accepted into Reading University to read Computer Science

Sophie has been accepted into the University of Exeter to read Biochemistry

Reuben has been accepted into the University of Oxford to read History and Economics

Mia – Biology A, English Language and Literature A*, EPQ A and History A

Mia has been accepted into Durham University to read English Literature

Sharon – Biology A*, Chemistry A, Geography A and Maths A

Sharon has been accepted into the University of Bath to read Biomedical Sciences

Jawaad – Chemistry A*, Maths A*, Further Maths A* and Physics A*

Jawaad has been accepted into the University of Manchester to read Physics

Anish- Applied Psychology Distinction, Business studies Distinction * and Criminology B

Anish has been accepted into the University of Portsmouth to read Digital Marketing

Dawud - Business studies Distinction *, ICT Merit and Criminology C Dawud has been accepted into Solent University to read Cyber Security Management

Yash Kumar – Business studies Distinction *, Economics B and ICT Merit.

Yash has been accepted into Aston University to read Business

Emily – Biology A, Criminology A and History B Emily has been accepted into Middlesex University to read Biology

Nausika – Drama A, English Language and Literature A*, EPQ A*, Greek A* and History A*

Nausika has been accepted into the University of York to read Law

Hannah – Economics B, Further Maths A* and Maths A*

Hannah has been accepted into the University of Warwick to read Mechanical Engineering

Liam – Biology A, Chemistry B, Maths A and Physics B Liam has been accepted into Loughborough University to read Robotics, Mechatronics and Control Engineering

Darsh– Biology A, Chemistry A and Maths A

Darsh has been accepted into the London School of Economics and Political Science to read Accounting & Finance

Celia – Chemistry A*, Further Maths A, Maths A* and Physics A

Celia has been accepted into Imperial College London to read Materials Science and Engineering.

All Departments have made progress at least equivalent to the top 25% of schools and colleges nationally. Some Departments have had some amazing results these include: Biology, Business Studies, Chemistry, Economics, English Language and Literature, English Literature, Further Maths and Psychology.

We wish all of year 13 good luck with their next endeavours and thank them for their many contributions to school life here at Bulmershe.

What an impressive achievement year 11, we are thrilled and so proud of you! Enjoy the moment, savour your success. There are few times in life when you’ll put as much work into a single accomplishment as you have done for these results. Be proud, you deserve it for all the effort and dedication you have invested in incredibly challenging circumstances.

Charlotte Grade 9s in both Maths, English and Drama

Samuel Grade 9s in both Maths and English GCSE and a B grade in Additional Maths

Razvan and Armaan have made the most progress since joining the school, making on average four grades of progress across their subjects. Truly amazing! Razvan, Armaan, Daniel, Marks, Alice, Melissa, Mujtaba, Ella, Carlo, Joshua, Connor, Saif, Samuel, Mia, Audrey, Emily, Daniella, Charlotte, Saara, Sabina, Emilia, Emir, Louie, Rohan, and Isobel all made two or more grades worth of progress across their subjects since joining the school. Well done! A fantastic achievement!

All the Departments have success stories but the following Departments have performed within or exceeding the top 25% of schools nationally. These include Art, Technology 3D Design, Photography, Biology, Physics, Business Studies, Computer Science, Drama, English Language, English Literature, Geography, History, Maths, Music, Physics, Statistics, Combined Science and Child Development. We look forward to welcoming Year 12 into our sixth form and thank them for their many contributions to school life here at Bulmershe.
