Year 11 2016-17 Destinations

2016-2017 Breakdown of Outcomes:

100% of students attending Year 11 have applied to an appropriate destination.  100% of students attending Year 11 opted to attend at least one career-specific group work session, therefore, 100% engaged with Independent Careers Advice.

13% of students required further independent careers advice via 1-2-1 appointment.

2% of students required a second "follow up" 1-2-1 appointment.

 

Destination Breakdown:

 

66.5%    Applied and accepted to a 6th form (Includes only the students expected to achieve the required grades.)

24%        Applied to FE Colleges

5.5%      Secured apprenticeships

1.4%      Applied for apprenticeships, awaiting offer, also applied to college as backup

0.6%      Applied for apprenticeship but have not secured a formal offer at time of writing 0.6%

Destination Breakdown:

4.7% - Apprenticeships

9.4% - College

8.5% - Resitting Year 12/13

14% - Progressing from Level 2 to Level 3 courses in Sixth Form

61.3% - Continue into Year 12

>1% - Employment

>1% - Potential NEET and Elevate informed

Destination Breakdown:

3.3% - Remaining in Y13

20% - Apprenticeships

2.2% - GAP year

74.5% - University

2%          Relocating, secured a destination in new area.
