The Bulmershe School are seeking an outstanding and inspirational teacher as a Lead Practitioner teaching and learning across the school. The successful candidate will be interested in pedagogical research and will support our Curriculum Leads in ensuring exceptional progress for students in any area where progress is not above average. The Lead Practitioner will play a key role in training and supporting colleagues and we are devoted to professional development and support which is second to none. We believe it is our role to develop your expertise to the full through supportive coaching in order to transform the lives of our students.
The Bulmershe School is an 11-19 coeducational maintained School with 1400 pupils on roll. Following our Ofsted inspection in Nov 2017, we were shown to be “Good”, a real testament to the hard work and dedication of our staff and students. We are a forward-thinking School, always looking for areas to develop and improve as well as being very open to new ideas; we feel this is best way to ensure consistent development and attainment of our students.
