Leadership and Challenge

In Year 9, to enrich students’ education, there is a leadership and challenge pathway where students are given the opportunity to gain life skills or qualifications.

Our Leadership and Challenge courses run in year 9 only, and while they are not part of GCSEs, they do offer students a taste of what choosing subject entails and some can offer a qualification at the end of the year. All subjects are timetables for 1 period a week.

• Textiles

*incurs a £90 course fee (support available for eligable students)

Year 8 Students for 23-24 will be invited to choose their Leadership and Challenge option for Year 9 in May 2024.
