Are you ready to make a whole-school impact and shape the future of inclusive education? The Bulmershe School is looking for an ambitious and passionate Deputy SENDCo to help lead and develop our mainstream Learning Support provision.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEND practitioner to influence teaching and learning at the very heart of our school. You will play a pivotal role in embedding inclusive classroom practice, ensuring that high expectations and high-quality support go hand in hand. If you believe that inclusion is everyone’s responsibility and you are driven by collaboration and innovation, this role offers the chance to lead, inspire and make a lasting difference to our students' lives.
Working closely with the SENDCo and our wider staff, you will manage the day-to-day Learning Support department, develop effective interventions and support pupils with a range of additional needs to thrive academically and socially.
