Our School Day
Our School opens its gates at 8am each morning, in time for students to be in their form rooms by 8:25am for registration at 8:30am. It is compulsory for all students to be in school from 8:30 - 3pm each day. This means students are required to be in school for 32.5 hours each week (including break and lunch). All students have the option to attend before and after school clubs and activities.
All students have two morning breaks of 15 minutes and a lunch break of 40 minutes. Both Break and Lunch is split over 2 sessions, with years 7and 8 breaking at 10 and going at 12:20pm. Years 9, 10, 11 and Sixth Form have their break at 11am and lunch at 1:20pm.
If you travel to school by bike, our bike sheds are open from 8am - 8:30am for students to store their bikes. They are then locked from 8:30am to 3pm.
