Catchment Area - Update

From September 2027 onwards, The Bulmershe School is changing how we offer school places.

We no longer use a traditional "catchment area" map. Instead, after priority groups (such as children in care, medical needs, staff children and siblings) are placed, all remaining places are offered based on straight-line distance from the school to your home address.

We use Wokingham council's mapping system to measure a straight line from our main entrance to your front door. The maximum distance needed to secure a place will change every year depending on birth rates and how many local families apply. Because of this, we cannot state an exact distance limit in advance.
