Are you looking for a term-time only job where you can make a real difference in the lives of young people? The Bulmershe School in Woodley is seeking a compassionate and committed Lead Mentor to join our experienced and supportive Inclusion Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a positive attitude and a passion for helping children and teenagers thrive. Whether you have previous experience in mentoring, youth work, education, or simply want to play a meaningful role in your community, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Lead Mentor, you’ll work closely with students who need extra social, emotional, or behavioural support. You'll run mentoring sessions, group activities and workshops, and help students build the confidence and life skills they need to succeed. You’ll also work alongside staff, families and specialist colleagues to create a safe and inclusive environment where all students feel supported.

Our dedicated SIGNAL Centre provides a calm and well-resourced base for this work. It’s a key part of our pastoral provision and a valued space for students who need additional support during the school day.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking for a meaningful job during school hours, with school holidays off. Whether you're returning to work, changing careers, or continuing your journey in education or youth support, you’ll be welcomed into a team that cares deeply about making a difference.
