An amazing opportunity run by Thales Engineering

Our Y12 students were given the opportunity to take part in a Mock Assessment Centre, run by Thales Engineering.

Students gathered in the 6^th form centre where they met Charlene and Sam from Thales who talked them through the assessment centre process and gave them an example task to complete in groups. Students had the opportunity to learn about the different routes into big companies like Thales, such as apprenticeships, degree apprenticeships and graduate schemes. 

Alongside this, they were given fantastic advice from graduate engineer Sam, who spoke of the decisions and experiences he had since he was in year 12.
