Congratulations to our year 13! 28% of our cohort gained the top grades of A*-A, 55% gained A*-B, 82.2% gained A*-C and 99% A*-E. These are such fantastic results considering the turbulent times the students have had to deal with. Year 13, the resilience you have shown under such conditions is remarkable. You are all exceptional, inspiring, and talented young people and we couldn’t be prouder of you. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the students, staff and parents for their dedication and support in gaining these results.  

We are proud of all of our students but these students did particularly well:

Mohammed : A in Chemistry, A in  Biology and B in Geography.

Mohammed is going onto Queen Mary’s University to read Engineering.

Liviya : A* in Psychology, A in Maths and A in Biology.

Liviya is going onto The University of Sheffield to read Japanese Studies.

Eva: A in Physics, A in Maths, B in Further Maths and a B in Chemistry.

Eva is going onto The University of Bristol to read Physics.

Roberto: Distinction * in Applied Science, Distinction in Business studies vocational and Merit in ICT.

Roberto is going onto The University of Kent to read Computer Science.

Caitlin: A in English Literature, A in History and a B in Criminology.

Caitlin is going onto The University of Chichester to read Medieval/Early Modern History.

Stanley: A in Chemistry, A in Drama, A in Geography and A in Biology.

Stanley is going onto Swansea University to read Marine Biology.

Finley: A* in Geography, A* in Chemistry and A* in Biology.

Finley is going onto The University of Exeter to read Conservation Biology and Ecology.

Siraj: A in Biology, A in Chemistry and A in Maths.

Siraj has secured an apprenticeship.

Ella: A in Chemistry, A in Maths, A in Physics and B in Further Maths.

Ella is going onto The University of Exeter to read Engineering.

Ilaria: A in Criminology, A in Physics, A in Maths and B in English Language and Literature.

Ilaria is going onto Royal Holloway University to read Psychology.

Esme : A in Media, A in Drama and B in English Language and Literature.

Esme is going onto The University of Manchester to read Drama and Film Studies.

Scarlett : A in English Literature, A in Drama, B in Biology and C in Maths.

Scarlett is going onto The University of Bristol to read English.

Amy : A* in Geography, A in Chemistry and A in Biology.

Amy is going onto Swansea University to read Marine Biology.

Oliver : A in History, A in Geography and B in Chemistry.

Oliver is going onto The University of Sheffield to read History.

A number of Departments have had some fantastic results, especially with the top grade boundary of A*-A or D*-D. These include: Additional Maths, Biology, Business Studies, Chemistry, Drama, Economics, English Literature, Geography, History, Maths, Media, Physics, Psychology, Criminology, EPQ (Extended Project Qualification), Applied Science, BTEC Sport, Travel and Tourism, Business Cambridge Technical and IT Cambridge Technical.  

We wish all of our year 13 luck with their next endeavours and thank them for their many contributions to school life here at Bulmershe.
