We are delighted to announce the return of the annual Festive Fun Run for all pupils in Years 7, 8, and 9 during the final week of term. This event is a popular highlight of the school year, combining fitness with community spirit.

Key Details for Participants

The Fun Run will take place during one of the pupil's scheduled PE lessons in the last week of term. Students will run two laps of the school field.

All participating pupils are expected to bring their full PE kit and participate in the run. To enhance the festive atmosphere, students are also invited to dress in festive attire—this could range from a simple Christmas jumper to a full creative costume. Prizes will be awarded for the best-dressed runner, as well as to the top three boys and girls in each race.

Charity Fundraising

This event is dedicated to supporting our local community through the Woodley Food Bank. We kindly ask all pupils taking part, whether they choose to dress up or not, to bring a small food donation on the day of their run. These items will be collected at the start of the PE lesson and delivered directly to the Food Bank.
