Due to the forecast this Friday, we have decided to finish our Sports Day earlier than planned. This change will keep our students out of the intense afternoon heat.

Please read the updated timings and travel information below carefully:

• School will finish for all students at 1:15pm this Friday.
• Bus 81, Horseman A and Horseman B will arrive at school at 1:15pm and will depart at 1:30pm. Public Buses (Orange 13 and 14) will not stop outside the school Reception - they will run on their normal daily timetable from the public bus stops outside of the school every 30 minutes.

All students must be in school by 8:30am for tutor time wearing their full Bulmershe PE kit.

To help your child stay safe in the sun, please ensure they:

• Apply sun cream before coming to school
• Bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated
• Bring a hat or cap to wear when they are outside
