37 Hours per week

Salary according to experience;

from £20,444 to £22,129 p.a.

Reporting to the Site Manager

The Bulmershe School is a large Wokingham Local Authority maintained secondary school set in a large educational and sports campus in Woodley.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and willing site controller to join our current site team. The hours of work will be determined by a roster between 6am and 7pm with some requirements to support evening/weekend school events and lettings.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone willing to develop their skills and become part of a friendly, hard-working and committed team within a highly successful local authority school.

The successful candidate will:

Be honest and reliable.
Have a good understanding of Site Health and Safety requirements.
Have good DIY and premises skills.
Be able to carry out minor repairs and jobs competently.
Be committed to achieving high standards in their work.
Be willing to attend courses to develop their expertise.
Be flexible and cheerful and enjoy working with students, parents and staff.

Prior experience of working in a school is not essential.
