Behaviour Lead (Inclusion Team)

Grade 4 (actual £16,670 - £18,043 p.a.) according to experience

37 hours per week, term time only 

Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm, Friday 8am - 3.30pm

The Bulmershe School has a vacancy for a Behaviour Lead. Your main role will be to supervise students in need of social, emotional and behavioural support. The role of the department is to meet the educational needs of children and young people within the local community and to support all students in being ready and prepared for adult life.

Applicants should have the equivalent of GCSE level 5 (grade C) in English and Maths. You will be working closely with Heads of Year and teachers in order to support them with day to day duties, including the checking of students in lesson. You will play an active role in school life throughout the day including social times as requested by the Student Support Manager or the Leadership team.
