Are you an ambitious Maths teacher ready to take the next step into middle leadership? The Bulmershe School is looking for an enthusiastic and talented practitioner to join our vibrant department as Key Stage 3 Coordinator of Maths.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the mathematical journey of our Year 7, 8 and 9 students. You will lead on the design of an engaging curriculum, ensuring our schemes of work are tailored to challenge and support every learner. From overseeing half-termly assessments and data analysis to identifying proactive interventions, you will ensure no student is left behind.
Beyond the curriculum, you will be a driver of teaching excellence within the team. You will work closely with the Head of Department to coach and mentor colleagues, including ECTs, helping to establish common standards of practice that move our department from strength to strength.
