Careers Advisor

Grade 5 Term Time Only

2 days per week £18,565 - £20,497 full time equivalent (Actual Pay £6,523 - £7,202 depending on experience)

Required for September 2021, a part-time (13 hours), permanent Careers Advisor to join our successful careers team.

We are looking to appoint a person who has excellent inter-personal and organisational skills to help deliver outstanding guidance to our students in all years, liaising successfully with parents/carers/teachers/education providers. The person appointed should

•             Hold a relevant careers guidance qualification at QCF level 6 or above.

•             Confident in supporting SEND and PP students with transition plans you will also enhance the guidance our students receive so that they make well informed decisions about their futures and are supported at each stage of transition.

•             It would be desirable to be registered with the CDI and have a working knowledge of the Gatsby benchmarks.
